Hi all,
This seems to be a very informative group. Looking forward to being here.
I do have a question about my toro Timecutter MX4250. It has a kawasaki engine but I cannot find what model it is. The only thing I can find is it's a 24.5 hp J1940.
I am having carb issues and would like to know if the nozzles under the jets can be removed and if so how.
My machine has been surging and have rebuilt carb but still surging. I believe my nozzles may be clogged.

Are you sure it is a Kawasaki engine. From what I can find it is a Toro engineered engine built by Loncin. Does it look like the one in this service manual for your unit? https://www.toro.com/getpub/117255

I was told it was a kawasaki, but appears that was B.S.
