Just picked up a Honda Harmony 1011. What a great little machine. Anyone have any tips or pointers?

Read your owners manual... write down your machines model, year, type , code, etc. etc.
you will need them to order parts or maintenance sometime later...OIL.. the LIFEBLOOD
of the machine... keep it clean, & FULL !!
do not leave it outside in the "elements" DO NOT wash it with a hose.. use a wet rag to clean it..
best way is a leaf-blower or air-hose ..water gets trapped in the worst places and RUST NEVER SLEEPS ..!!
Do the routine maintenance your owners manual advises ..oil-changes, lube, FILTERS !!, belts,tire press., BLADES...
