I aquired this mower but it has no charger. In order to see if the batteries are any good before ordering a new charger ,I am thinking about using my 12 volt car charger. I see that there are 3 holes/pins where the charger plugs in. Two are square and one is rounded.. I'm guessing that the rounded one is the ground and the two square ones go to each of the 2 , 12 volt batteries. Am I on the right track.
Another simpler question would be what is the output of the stock charger. I am new to this forum and think I will be popping by here often. I also own a standard B&S push mower And a Craftsman ride on.

Your batteries will be 2 12v batteries in series. Each one can be charged by a car battery charger at 2 amps. You will need to remove the batteries to do this.
