New here, but I have an exmark 60" cut zero turn with a Kawasaki FS600 that won't charge. I have tested the stator and it puts out 28-31 volts AC. I have tested the wiring from the battery, through the igniton swithc to the rectifier and all is good with battery voltage on the battery wire at the rectifier. I have even replaced the rectifier and it will not charge. It has a charging indication that stays red all the time. I have even checked at the battery and the battery is not being charged.
Could anyone have an answer for the reason that this mower will not charge. Thanks for any help.

Did you do a load test on the battery ? It might be old enough that it won't take a charging from the running engine but has enough power to start after a trickle charge - they only last 1-3 years now .
