"New" mower that is 7 years old. Any concerns?

I may have the opportunity to purchase a lawn mower that was previously purchased 7 years ago but never used. No gas or oil has ever been put into the engine (Honda GCV 160). Is there anything in particular I should be concerned about with the mower just sitting around for 7 years?

One thing I thought of is rust. Could some internal parts be rusted?
I would think there would have been a light coating of oil at assembly...but?

Might have leaky gaskets from carb to intake as they could have dried out. Internally as long as it was stored inside should be ok. Probably will run with no issues.
