Greetings, I am a new member from Mississippi on this forum. I bought last year a Big Dog zero turn mower and like it very much. The only thing is the dealer does not know much about his product he is selling. I have caught him on a couple of items about servicing. He told me one thing about the oil to use in the hydrostat, and after reading the instructions, it said different. Also he does not offer to order replacement parts for me. I have to go to a competitor for the parts. Poor dealership if you ask me. I like the machine very well, and it is far superior to the other cheaper brands that Lowes and others sell. I have always been of the opinion that you get what you pay for. I am 71, and still have some of the first tools I bought back in the 1960's.
