I was recently given a 1978 model 20698 Toro that hadn't ran in years. It was as simple as a standard tune up to get it back running. With of course a through cleaning of the gas tank and carburetor along with a new diaphragm. Also new plug and oil change. This old 18" cut machine now runs like a champ. The average Joe don't even try to fix something 36 years old but I will. I love the old stuff.
