my poulan pro pb175g42 stop moving wont go foward /reverse change belt stiill the same any help did not remove tires ether i know thats one way it wont move thanks

ILENGINE
With the engine running and somebody sitting on the seat with the clutch out, is the belt turning the transmission pulley. If yes, then make sure all linkages are connected and working properly. If those check out then it may be time to pull the tranny for a more extensive look.
