Hello, just signed up. I'm a Deere lover. have a 2009 X300 with 38" deck, 44 hours and a 2011 X300 with 44" snowblower and just over one hour on the clock. Passed my 1994 JD LX178 on to my son last year. 18 years of mowing and blowing snow with only one problem, a slight hydro leak. Never even had to replace a belt other than snowblower belts. Had a 1992 LX172 before that (hated the manual trans) and prior to that a 1977 Case-Ingersol 210. All purchased new. Like reading about all lawn and garden tractors.
