Replaced broken flywheel cause bolt broke off that holds the magnet on flywheel(happened on customer when running the mower and customer started dismantling engine down to flywheel). Shear key isnt sheared. Has spark on both cylinders. Wont start when carb cleaner is sprayed in the carb. Jumped time when flywheel broke?

If you are the same Dave Bell from Virginia that I dealt with back in 2013-14 you should know that you need to check both cylinders for push rods being in place while while check valve timing. Kinda hard to jump time but push rods do fall off if loose as a goose.

Update: Customer called and said when the magnet broke off the flywheel they heard loud bang.

Update: Valves clearances are at .004
Never believe a spark tester on a champion plugs. Put new plugs in fired right up. idk how many times I flooded it when trying to start it after replacing the flywheel.

Didn't you know that spark plugs and air filters are the first parts replaced these days? LOL We see it all the time on here. :D
