Hi guys!
I haven't figured it out how to tighten drive belt on self propelled lawn mower.
I see there is one larger spring on 1st picture. It goes to the handle with the wire to start moving. Another is smaller, but more dense, more golden colored. It has one bolt, but I don't know if it has anything to do with how tight the belt is. Probably just that, when I use the handle, lawn mower starts moving.
I don't know. I ask you what do you think? Thank you!

Motor: Briggs&Stratton 190 ccm
