We took the deck off to put on bladaes. When we put it back together it won't start. I checked the diagram and it looks like e very thing is in place right. It is started a clue of times but died out. Its like the blades are engaged but they aren't. We aren't exactly sure we put the spring that is on the end of the cable wire in the right place. We don't have any way to get the mower to a repair place a d are on a very limited budget. Any suggestion is appreciated.
