Need advice on buying my first riding lawn mower.

I moved to my current home about a year ago. I have a Craftsman push mower I have been using. My yard is a little over 1/3 acre. My backyard has a decent slope to it. I am looking to buy a riding lawn mower.

I have been looking on this forum a little bit and some people seem to really dislike John Deere. I have looked on consumer reports and they do not like Cub Cadet. Those two brands are both on the list of possibilities for me. I am looking to spend about $2000. The ones I have been looking at are:

Craftsman 20442

Craftsman 20390

John Deere D125

Cub Cadet XT2 LX42

HUSQVARNA YTA18542

Any help on any of these or others would be greatly appreciated.

1st and 4th mower are basically the same. Made by MTD and just rebadged to Sears and Cub Cadet
2nd and 5th are basically the same as well. Made by Husqvarna and rebadged for Sears.
I think JD are overpriced for what they are so no opinion on it.

So what I will say about these mowers is that the MTD forum gets a lot more traffic than Husqvarna does. But they both get traffic so there are problems with both mostly with bad gas we have to buy anymore. If you want trouble free(at least as trouble free as possible) Buy ethanol free gas and nothing else if possible.

Thank you for your response, this helps me narrow down my choices.
