Need a part that I can't find on drawings

Hi, I have a Craftsman T2200 or model 917.250810 and I need a part that screws onto the motion control lever under the tractor. This thing is made of some type of phenolic material instead of metal so it broke in half. I keep looking on parts diagrams but I can't find it. I am enclosing a picture in case you know when you see it what it is.
