I am going to start looking for a new mower, but most places have very few choices in stock. Won't be buying from a big box store . Here is what my yard is like :
Perfectly level 1/2 acre , Bahaia grass , fenced back yard, open front yard , with a few obstructions. I am meticulous with the care of my tools. I like a 42" cut, but could go with a 46", which I am presently using. I have always used a lawn tractor, & still prefer one, but willing to look at zero-turns. I DO want a good , reliable engine & transmission. Looking to spend approximately $2500- around $3200. I see many Intek engines on newer ones, but don't know if their quality has improved ??
