Are cylinder head bolts threaded on both ends?

Any bolt that is also used to mount a secondary anti-vibration or anti-torque strap to will have that additional short "teet" on one end.

You may have to remove the deck to see where it goes.

I guess I've never seen one that's threaded on both ends. It's usually just a long skinny bolt.
