MZ Magnum Blade Clutch won't disengage

Just bought a Bad Boy MZ Magnum 54" deck. Ran fine for first 1.5 hours. Now when I start it up the blades are always engaged regardless of blade engage switch position. I used a VOM to check the switch and it appears to be switching. Any experience with such an issue?

Siezed bearing in the electric clutch.. There is two bearings in the clutch. One will lock the clutch to the motor and make it appear to be a locked up engine. The other will lock the blades to the crankshaft, and wlll turn the blades all the time.
