Start by jumping or charging the battery. If this works battery low or bad. If it doesn't work we'll have to check the solenoid. To do this keep a jumper or charger on the battery and run a small wire lead to the small terminal of the solenoid. Careful it may turn over as soon as you touch it. If this works the solenoid is good and we will look at the key switch.
