I have Briggs and Stratton platinum 190cc, self propelled (front), craftsman mower. Model #917376536
So the last two times I have attempted to mow, it starts fine, will idle smoothly, and I am able to mow 3-6 strips of 30-40 ft long. It then starts to sputter and rough idle and dies shortly after. Then I cannot get it restarted. I did drain all the gas and out fresh gas in with same result.
I'm have little to no experience at small engine work, but find it hard to out out $120 for a look see by the local mower shop.
I can follow instructions good and can find most parts referred to. What should I check or replace that may be causing this issue? I would be greatly indebted to any help provided. Thank you.
