Old Decrepit Yard Wagon + $59.95 Sprayer from TSC = Leisure Based Weed Control at a Bargain Price

I fenced an acre with 6' black chain link for my dogs, and I'm getting too old and ugly to walk it and the various mulch beds with a pump sprayer anymore. I thought this might be useful to other cheapskates. (You know who you are.)

Have that same sprayer, I strap it to my polaris. Sprays fast so you gotta move fast, not to waste the round-up. :thumbsup:

You're not kidding. Spraying for 3' to 6' distances with accuracy on the run means a narrow spray with bigger droplets, and a lot of liquid. Fortunately Tractor Supply Company sells 2.5 gallon jugs of 41% glyphosate (Pronto Big N' Tuf) on the cheap, which when mixed ends up costing only 30-40 cents per gallon, but even that adds up quick.

I did my version of that with one of those lawn tractor trailers....put my boat battery in there for power. Wasn't pretty, but did what I needed.
