Mulching kit help needed Brand new Z series ultima

Hi everyone. I just bought a brand new 50” zero turn and ordered the mulching kit. Am I doing something wrong? There’s zero videos I can find to see how to install something g so simple and common sense! It should be... loft discharge chute, hang chute over bolt, rotate in and align with hole on deck by anti scalp wheel. What a pain in the A!!! there’s no way this thing will fit! Anyone have advice?

Did you but it from a dealer, he should be able to help you out at no cost. Purchased at a BB store, your best bet is to go to the local dealership, with a dozen donuts and ask them for some help.
