Hi having idle problems there is a couple of springs tensioning the throttle any ideas whats up

Your springs appear to be hooked up correctly. You can bend out the prong on the larger spring to apply for spring tension but I think your problem is a dirty carb. Buy yourself a can of carb cleaner the carefully remove and clean the carb. Make sure your wear safety glasses and spray the cleaning into every little hole in the carb that you can find.
