I just picked up a used yard machine 31cc cultivator ( model number 21A-121R900 serial number 1C128DG0096) when I went to look at it there might have been a half teaspoon of fuel in the tank. the guy started it and it ran for about a second and a half. The guy said that he did not have anymore 2 cycle fuel but that it ran good. Me bein the fool believed him and bought it. I put fuel in it when I got home but it did the same thing , a second and a half then it wouldn't restart. I found that the primer bulb was broken and bypassed. today I installed the new primer, fuel lines and filter, making sure that the fuel lines were installed correctly.. Same thing again...took the carb off, cleaned and checked it but didn't see anything wrong with it. took the plug out and it was covered in fuel. cleaned the plug put everything back together and tried it. SAME thing again, ran about a second and a half then died. I pulled the plug back out and it was soaked again. does anyone have any ideas besides driving an hour and a half back to this guys house and tossing it through his window? thanks for any help.
