mtd wiring problem

Hi
I have an mtd 13a7660g752 with a Tecumseh engine. The engine has 4 wires coming out from it
1 for carb, 1 for the regulator, 1 for the alternator and 1 for the magneto.
I'm trying to wire my mower with push button and toggle switch
But of those 4 wires in not sure which ones need grounded or power

I'm at the point now, tho, that i can't even jump the starter

Anybody know which of these wires should be powered, grounded, both or left alone
