MTD rider manual pto belt keeps coming off

MTD 13AQ608H729 46" deck manual pto belt keeps coming off. I used the correct mtd brand belt, and all the belt keepers are in place. I replaced one of the pto idler pulleys that had bad bearings. The blades will engage, but when I shut them off and try to engage again the belt comes off. Any advice?
 
I think I figured it out. I found a clearer parts diagram online and found out I was missing a belt keeper near the main crank pully. Ordered the part, hopefully that will solve my problem.

BTW would you be able to post a link to the diagram you found? I have the same exact model as you. My PTO clutch cable came apart as well as the spring but I'm not sure how to reattach. I could not find a photo online and none of the diagrams show how it should be setup.
