MTD belt routing/model identifing

Hi I have a yard machine 16hp 46" cut mower that I am working on, My problem is that there is no model or serial # tag on it and I need it in order to get info about the mower. I removed the belts without drawing a diagram of them and now I cannot get them back on properly to make the tractor drive.
I removed the belts because they were cracked and the tractor would start off going fast then slowdown. Could the variable speed pully be at fault for this.
If anyone has a diagram of the belt routing it would help alot or does anyone know where to get one? keep in mind I dont know model or serial# thanks for any input

You might take a look at images on the internet to see if you can get close. Other than that, a neighborhood handyman or mower shop, or worst case, an auto mechanic, should be able to get you going. I hope you saved your old belt!:biggrin:

Any suggestions where on the net I can find a good pic. I did save the old belts, I took them to tractor supply and measured them and bought two new ones for the drive.
