I have two troy built riding mowers an old one with a Briggs and Stratton engine and a bronco with a Kohler engine that is approx one year old and both of them flood the cylinder and crankcase with gas when they are not running, the bronco has less than 20 hrs run time HELP HELP

More than likely you have a bad needle and seat in the carburetor.
get the engine model numbers, that will help us and YOU.
the briggs number should be either be stamped on the OHV cover (if it is a over head valve engine) or on the metal blower housing. BOTH links below are for finding the model numbers.
