briggs stratton 21HP, mows fine until I hit thick grass, then there is some puffs of smoke and metallic clatter as it cuts through the thick grass? If I stop mid cut, it goes away immediately, and then starts back as soon as I begin to cut in the thick grass. This is just standard thick lawn grass...not mowing a field.
