mower wont start

i have a gravley zt 60 hd the starter will click but wont engage. was wondering if it would be starter problems or some other easier fix.

If your car did that would you think starter or it has a weak battery?

I would start with the battery.
Can you try and jump it off?
Do you have a multi-meter to read the battery voltage before trying to start the mower and when you turn the key.
