Have a MTD mower with B&S 158cc engine. Mower sat for a month and will not start. I pump the bulb on the carb but it is not sucking up fuel. Any advice on where to start trouble shooting and an exploded view of the engine would be appreciated.

Either there isnt enough fuel in tank as pick up pipe does not go all the way to bottom of tank or the mice have chewed a hole in the primer pulb or
sounds like you may need carb diaphragm/gasket set part no 795083.
Go to briggs and stratton and look up IPL using model, type, code off your engine cover.
