Toro 20334 recycler mower will stop as if it is running out of gas, even tho tank is full. It will then start again and this cycle will repeat after a few minutes running. Sometimes can keep mower running by tipping back handle. So seems to be a fuel problem -- is this a carburetor issue. Suggestions on how to fix appreciated.

Whenever it wants to die, loosen the gas cap and see if it returns to normal
It could also be your ignition coil failing after it gets hot, but not likely.
It could also be a issue with The float and needle in the carburetor.
