mower dies when turn around

2001 grasshopper 225 61" with kohler command pro 27hp. Ive replaced the carb., fuel filter, air filter. It will bogg down and die when turn around unless i put the choke on and stop moving then it fine after that.

Did you install new Kohler OEM carburetor specific to your engine?
