Model 928 International Cub Cadet Rider

Hello Everyone, Im new to the site and need some help. To make a long story short, a friend gave me a Cub Cadet 928 with an Onan engine. The mower wouldnt crank so he pushed it off the trailer, and after a tune-up and carb cleaning, the engine runs great! My problem is I cant figure out how to get the darn thing to move! Ive searched for levers of all types around the pump and trans, but no such luck! With the engine off, the forward and reverse lever moves freely, but once cranked, It wont move at all. Any help would be GREATLY Appreciated!

Not that familiar with 928 but if it has power lift and or power steering and not working its hydraulic. Check fluid level.
