Any one aware of a product that will seal a small leak in a Lawnboy 10247 gas tank? It seems to be located in the tip of the tank on the left side as you mow. Many thanks.

I don't know if you have one of the models included (depends on serial number) but Lawn-Boy recalled a number of those mowers (including some 10247s) for defective fuel tanks, maybe they will still honor that recall if it applies, here's the info:

I don't have any experience with it but I believe people have been known to use J-B Weld. Looking at their website WaterWeld might be a contender.

As above , check on the recall first. If not covered a Product called SEAL-ALL works very well is available at O'Reilly's Auto Parts. You must clean the area to be sealed first of any gas/oil film.
