Help ---

Skips / hiccups erratically until warmed up.

Also, after warmup the rpm's increase and seem to override the air-vane governor.

Any suggestions appreciated!

Try giving the carb a good cleaning and check to see if the spring on the air vane is worn or broken. Hope I was of some help. Let us know if you get it fixed in case someone else has the same issue.
