Hello all,

I recently bought a go kart with a 5 hp Briggs Engine. It appears to be an old Roto Tiller Engine. It is 5 Hp and has Chain Drive and Power Reverse printed on it. I believe all other identifying information has been painted over at some point as I can't find a model number.

The gas cap is missing. It needs some sort of tabbed gas cap. The best I could figure is Briggs model 189135GS.

The hole to the gas tank is 1.5 inches with a little extra cut out for the tabs. Any ideas on the model of engine or gas cap needed for this older engine?

Thanks!!!

You might try taking the blower housing off and seeing if you can identify the numbers from underneath, as they should be stamped near the spark plug
