i had purchased a Titan 30, the sticker on the plastic says that it is a 38cc chain saw, i had taken it apart to put a gasket kit in the carb and doing so i think i removed a vavle that was supposted to be there, on the metering side, this was an accident, it was my first carb kit and i thought it was a bunch of gunk. it now has a vacuum leak and will not hold an idle, just starts up and then shuts back off, i have pictures of the carb and manuals.
it was a black peice of rubber in the circled hole, i am looking for info on what it is and how it opperates, info on how to replace it as well.
