Massey Ferguson 1225 Hydro stiff pedal action

I recently acquired a gently used 1999 Massey 1225 with an Iseki engine. it has 1900 hours and runs great! my only concern is the hi range of the hydro you really have to stand on the pedal to get it up to full speed. I checked the fluid it if full and fluid is clear Anybody have experience with these?
