I removed the deck for repairs and when I put it back on the blades will not engage. May be a parking brake problem. There are two small springs on the rod to the parking brake handle. One is attached to the back of the handle the other is hanging loose and I can find no place that looks like it was attached. The handle is kinda loose like it is not doing anything. Don't know how I could have knocked it loose way up there as it sits right behind the battery. Any one have a similar tractor and could look at the connections and help me with this.
