LTX 1040 fromt bumper

I'm looking for a bumper for a LTX 1040 machine. The problem is that I'm trying to find a used one and I was told that there's more than one bumper that fits this model. One is a tube style bumper and one a flat steel bumper. But the people selling them don't seem to know if a bumper that came off a 1042 for example will fit my 1040 and I can't find anything to find out myself. So if anyone has that knowledge please let me know. Thanks.

Yes I did but the cost in labor alone would exceed the price of picking up one on ebay. There's a lot of them on that site for Cub Cadets but the used ones don't specifically say it will fit a LTX 1040.
