Is there an easy way maybe at the main harness to disable all safety switches for testing purposes? My LTX-1040 was running one day, started bucking like it was an electrical issue, and just died. No engine noise or anything. Just sudden death. So I'm about 99% sure the issue is electrical. I just want to quickly disable them all to verity it. Can this be done? Is there some sort of a technician's adapter out there? Because before I go wasting time looking for grounded wires I just want to remove the issue as close to the ignition system as possible. THEN I can waste hours hunting down the problem so I can sell this crate.

remove the top engine cover, locate the ignition coil, there is a small black wire going to the coil, that is the kill wire, which kills spark when you turn the key off or if you leave the seat while mowing.
if the mower still runs funny with that wire unplugged, it's probably not a safety/electrical issue.
out of gas perhaps?

Thank you! Nah it's loaded, and I verified it with a little starting fluid. Nothing. The plug is sparking as well. That thing was behaving like a Keystone cop for a year before it died. One silly issue after another. I ended up replacing it with a commercial ZT this year and it was like going from a Ford Escort to a Bugatti. Which is why I want to fix the issues on it. So I can sell it to pay the sales tax on the Bugatti, lol.
