i have put new ring and gaskets seals etc i am a mechanic its a 12 hp briggs and stratton 12 hp model 281797 it starts esy runs fine but pops out the exhaust i have removed the inlet valve to give it more clearence it now has around 15tho but it wont stop popping through the exhaust done most everything needle and seat cleaned carby i am frustrated
