Hey Guys, I’ve got a Husqvarna RZ5424 and it is loud. The machine is out of warranty, I was wondering if it would damage the engine if I sealed where the muffler attaches. Even with hearing protection it is so loud that it ruins the entire experience. Thanks in advance.

I suspect that either you have a hole in the muffler. Broken exhaust pipe, or a blown exhaust gasket.

Sounds like you have an exaughst leak, id make sure your muffler bolts are tight.
