loss power pop noise from carb threw air filter

2006 intek 24 hr v twin starting to loose power pop noise from carb threw air filter I have 161 psi on each cylinder blugs look good has good oil and it is full to mark plug wires are good has oil pan leak on left side

Well since you have great compression I would think its a timing or ignition issue...possibly one of the coils?
Hard to say without hearing it run???
Also make sure the carb is bolted tight and all the parts are there on it...
