Loose belt on Lawn mower

Hi all,

I uploaded a video on YouTube showing how my Honda lawn mower's belt looks like. The machine is not working as strong as 2 years ago- when I purchased it. Can this be related to loose belt? I believe there should be more tension on belt.

It's probably time for the belt to be replaced. After 2 years depending on how much you use it, it will stretch.
