I couldn't find the drain plug on my Cub Cadet rear tine tiller, so I put some cellophane over the gas tank and tipped the tiller up and "poured" the oil out the tube where you add and check the oil. Would just as soon not have to do this again as I had to pull the plug and run for quite awhile to burn the oil out of the muffler and out of the cylinder. I tried pulling the oil out with a turkey baster first to no avail. If there is no drain plug, what would you fellow recommend for a "turkey baster"? Thanks, Gearjammer

It would be very helpful if you gave us the engine make and model numbers, so we can see what you are talking about. Without them we can’t be of much help.

Get an oil extractor, such as the Pella 6000.

Should be on the front of the motor at the base plate but could be on either side or in the bak depending on how the motor is mounted.
