I am restoring an older (early 2000's) MTD Brand walk behind and would like to make it complete with the mulch plug and side discharge chute. Used it perfect and condition just needs to be functional.

Mulch plug baffle: 782-5007C
Chute Deflector: 731-1409B

Both parts are available through Partstree.

Those are at sears parts direct for $39 and $21. Kinda pricey for an old mower. If the aim is just functionality, most defelctors can be adapted.

I know. that is why I am seeing if someone has a used one. Sears is always pretty high. but still I dont want to pay half of that for what it is. Thanks
