Beside hp an vertical shaft what else should be
a priority for the type engine for this job

I just replied to your other post about the number you posted is the serial number and not the actual model number of the engine. I suspect that the new engine has an aluminum flywheel which is used on push mowers, whereas you need the heavy cast flywheel like what is used on pressure washers and other applications that don't have a blade.
