On some duck hunting forums I read, the guys constantly complain about ethanol in the gasoline destroying the gaskets and seals in their boat motors. I've looked around for gas stations that carry gasoline without ethanol - but the closest one is in Lubbock (~8 hours away).
Otoh, I live less than a mile from a small airport that caters to private, hobbyist pilots. They sell both jet fuel and LL100 gas which I've been told would be really, REALLY good for small engines (like boat motors, weed eaters, & LAWN MOWERS). It's really expensive ($5.04/gal), but if it really is good, I'll use it.
