Lifter rods are solid

I noticed on my CV22 the lifter push rods are solid, with no hole for the oil to be pushed up to the rocker area. How does the oil get up to the top of head?

Rocker arms are lubed by the oil vapor created by all the moving parts in the crankcase which passes through the oil drain back holes in the head.
